Seacoast Peace Activists blocked Market Square in Portsmouth, NH Friday, April 11 resulting in a traffic back-up and one arrest. Pat Morse, a member of Seacoast Peace Response, was arrested as he lay down in the middle of Congress Street surrounded by supporters. Pictures below and story follows later.

"Sir, if you are feeling a bit sleepy, would you mind getting on
a bench".

Officer Sheldon ponders the situation while traffic backs up in
Market Square. Pat Morse was eventually arrested and hauled off to jail.
